About me

I truly believe that our bodies carry incredible wisdom and know how to heal themselves if we take the time to listen. It is constantly speaking, gently guiding us toward what we need. For me, meditation, yoga, and Thai massage are tools that help create the space to slow down, notice the mind, and reconnect with the body to be able to listen to it.

My curiosity about the human body started at a very young age, which led me to study physiotherapy. After gaining working experience in that field, I realized I wanted to explore a more holistic approach in helping others.

To do that, I first dedicated time to work on myself. I traveled to India and Thailand to dive deeply into Yoga, meditation and Thai massage. These practices helped me reconnect with my body, discover the depth of self, and experience the healing power of touch. When we are truly in touch with ourselves, harmony arises on every level—body, mind, and spirit.

Today, I combine the knowledge I have gathered from different teachers with my physiotherapy experience, offering a gentle, holistic approach to well-being.
